Orders under $2000 (ex GST)

You can return any order under $2000 (ex GST) within 30 days of purchase if the product is in new condition, in the original packaging (which must be in the original condition). We'll even pay for the return delivery!

Step 1. If you change your mind or it is not the right product for your application call us on 1300 737 871 to let us know and then complete the easy returns form at this link.

Step 2. We will arrange and pay for the delivery back to our warehouse. Make sure it is undamaged (in original condition) and sent back within 30 days of receiving your order (with the completed returns form).

Step 3. We will refund you the full costs, or if you choose you can exchange the item or items for a more suitable product. Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the goods in our store .
